Comrade Cheyne Jones Represents BWU at ILO Regional Meeting

Comrade Cheyne Jones, Communications & Information Manager of the Barbados Workers’ Union, represented the Union at the International Labour Organization’s 20th American Regional Meeting held in Punta Cana. His intervention on the Director-General’s report underscored the BWU’s ongoing commitment to advancing the Decent Work Agenda.

The engagement provided an opportunity to share Barbados’ perspective among voices from across the Americas, reaffirming the Union’s belief that decent work is central to improving lives and fostering sustainable development.
