Health and Safety is everyone’s priority. The Barbados Workers’ Union has increased its efforts in educating workers on the Safety and Health at work legislation (SHAW ACT).From hosting our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Conference to expanding in-house training across divisions, BWU continues to prioritise worker safety.

We have trained dozens of workers between 2024 and 2025, and more are set to benefit in the coming year.
